Romania S.R.L. has the obligation to manage the data in safety conditions and only for the specified reasons. Personal data includes the information that you supply about yourself, a member of your family or another person.

The reason for collecting this data is to: inform about the company’s products as a response to the messages received through the online form.

You are obligated to supply the data that is necessary for informing you regarding the company’s products. Denying to supply them will result in us not being able to respond to your messages.

The registered information is destined to be use by the operator and are communicated only to the following recipients: employees of UniComs Corp Romania S.R.L. involved in handling communication with users.

According to Law no. 677/2001 you benefit from the right to access, intervene on the data supplied, the right to not be compliant with an individual decision and the right to address a justice court. Also you have the right to oppose personal data handling that concerns you and to solicit the deletion of this data*. In order to enforce these rights you may address a written dated and signed request to contact@unicoms.com. Also your right to address a justice court is recognized.

Your data will be transferred in Bulgaria for storage on the company’s servers.
